Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Participant has the right to fund their Account only using the

payment systems available in "Deposit Methods" ().

1. The actual receipt of funds is deemed to be the moment when all

appropriate funds are credited to the Company's account.

1. The Company holds no responsibility for the result of competition activities

on the Participant's account in case there are any delays in depositing the account. The Participant is solely responsible for any financial loss risks resulting from possible delays in depositing funds.

1. The Company has the right to cancel the Participant's deposit or withdrawal

if the Participant's account is being funded by a third party or the Participant is attempting to withdraw to a third party. In this case, the deposited funds will be transferred back to the originating bank details. If this occurs, the Participant is charged with all costs for the funds transfer.

1. In the event the Participant's account is credited in any currency other than

the one in which the account is maintained, such funds are credited on the basis of an internal exchange rate adopted by the Company from the Bank serving the Company at the date of deposit.

1. When processing a withdrawal request, the Company shall use its internal

currency rates adopted from the Bank serving the Company at the date of withdrawal.

1. If the account cannot be credited automatically, the

request will be fulfilled within 24 hours since the Participant's notice is received.

1. In case the Participant funds their account by means of direct

transfer to the Company's bank details, they are obliged to send a notification to: support@agentsports.io.

1. The Participant can withdraw funds via any payment systems designated in

the Personal Area under "Withdrawals" ().

1. When withdrawing funds from the account, the Participant is charged

with all costs for the funds transfer.

1. Funds can be withdrawn only via the same payment system that was used

for crediting the account, subject to sufficient competition activity volume. The threshold for sufficient activity volume is established by the Company at its own discretion.

1. The Participant bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all

information provided in the withdrawal request.

1. The Company has the right to refuse the Participant's request for

withdrawal if the Participant uses the same payment system for withdrawal and deposit but with different bank details.

1. The withdrawal of funds from the Participant's account is accomplished within 3

business days from the time a relevant request has been confirmed in the Personal Area.

1. Funds credited through Credit Card can be withdrawn only upon

completion of a legality check by the operator, not earlier than 3 days after the crediting of such funds.

1. Funds deposited by means of Credit Cards (Bank Cards), as well as

rewards earned on the platform, can be withdrawn only after they are checked for legality and no sooner than 3 days after the last deposit.

1. In case a payment system stops operating for some time, the Company

has the right to postpone the date of withdrawal until the payment system resumes working.

1. The Company has the right to charge the Participant an additional

fee if the Participant uses different payment systems to deposit and withdraw funds. The amount of the fee is calculated based on costs paid by the Company when fulfilling the withdrawal request.

1. The Company undertakes to take any and all expedient actions to

preclude any illegal financial operations and money laundering using the Company's resources.
