Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Fraud

1. In its activities, AgentSports is guided by the Anti-Money

Laundering and Fraud Policy, in accordance with the recommendations of the FATF, the legislation of the Republic of Malta, the EC directives, the experience of IT companies, and its own developments.

1. The Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Policy of AgentSports

requires users of the platform at agentsports.io to comply with the following conditions:

• It is prohibited to enter false or another person's personal data when registering

an account on agentsports.io. In case of an unintended error when filling out the registration form, or when personal data changes, immediately notify support at support@agentsports.io.

• It is prohibited to use bank cards, electronic wallets, or payment system accounts

that do not belong to you for deposits to or withdrawals from your account.

• It is prohibited to collude with other participants in order to intentionally

manipulate competition outcomes for the benefit of a collusion participant.

1. AgentSports scrupulously monitors deposit and

withdrawal operations, as well as competition entries on agentsports.io, in order to identify transactions that have signs of money laundering or fraud. All suspicious transactions will be investigated. For the period of the investigation, funds in the accounts of suspect participants can be frozen if AgentSports deems it necessary.

1. In order to verify suspicious transactions and prevent money laundering

or fraud, AgentSports has the right to verify the identity of participants, as well as their bank cards and other online payment tools. For verification, the Company can request additional information or documents, temporarily freeze small amounts on bank cards, or conduct interviews via voice or video communications.

1. In case of detection of money laundering or fraud, the accounts of the

involved participants will be blocked. Information about the incident will be transferred to the competent authorities. The funds in blocked accounts will be handled in accordance with the decisions of the authorized bodies.
